I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but working with John Santo made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain each step clearly and kept me informed throughout. His market knowledge and negotiation skills were outstanding, helping me secure a great offer quickly. What impressed me most was his professionalism and responsiveness, every question I had was answered promptly, and I always felt supported. He went above and beyond to make sure the transaction stayed on track, coordinating seamlessly with buyers, attorneys, and all parties involved. Thanks to John, I was able to close with confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You’ll be in excellent hands.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Mike. From our first meeting to the closing, his dedication and professionalism shone through. Mike really listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect place for me. He was always available to me, including evenings and weekends during the whole process. His recommendations were always spot on. Mike definitely had my best interest in mind, as if I were a family member. Mike also had wonderful recommendations for a real estate attorney, contractor, decorator, painters, and helped me with arranging everything, even after my closing ! He is a man of integrity, compassion, and excellence in his field. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Mike and I HIGHLY recommend him.

Fonda was so helpful in showing the home, creating an offer, and following through at all stages of the home purchase. It was a real pleasure working with her.
