We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

My wife and I met Karen at an open house. We were looking to move to Florida from Pennsylvania, and were seeking an agent who would be able to help us locate our dream house from a distance, and Karen was that agent. Karen took the time to understand the home we were seeking and our preferred locations. She set up an itinerary of homes to view when we traveled to Florida and spent hours driving us around the Clearwater and surrounding vicinities. When that area didn’t work out, she and her colleague, Chris, again took the time to plan a tour of the Bradenton/Sarasota areas and spent hours driving us around looking at both resales and new builds. I’m happy to report we were successful in finding our new home. Thank you Karen!!

A chef and an artist got to buy their first home thanks to Roy. When I emailed him at 2am, he responded in the next 15 minutes. Any questions we had, he was able to answer and explain. Simply a very intelligent and wonderful person -- we thank you, Roy! Bless you and your family, we will definitely be working together again in the future :)
