We are so incredibly grateful we had Heather in our corner for our recent home purchase in Nutley, NJ. Navigating today’s real estate market can feel so overwhelming and stressful, but Heather brought an unmatched level of expert market knowledge to the table! She truly understand local neighborhood dynamics, pricing trends, and exactly what it takes to structure a winning offer in a highly competitive environment. What blew us away the most, though, was her absolute dedication and passion to find what we were looking for. It felt like we were her only clients. Heather was always available and so incredibly responsive—whether it was a text first thing in the morning (even early early mornings) or a late-evening text/phone call to talk through a strategy. She never made me wait or wonder what the next step was. If you want a brilliant, highly strategic agent who will work tirelessly for you and keep you ahead of the game, I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! She’s a fire-cracker that will be on your side of the court from start to finish!

I’m honestly so glad I went with Heather! I didn’t even use the agents in my own building, which I feel like says a lot, I chose her, and it was 100% the right decision. She sold my condo over asking in just 7 days, which still feels crazy to me. But more than that, she was there through literally everything. I never felt lost or unsure, she always had a plan and kept things moving. The biggest thing for me was how she communicated. I have weird work hours and I’m always texting at random times, and she matched that energy perfectly. She would answer me day or night, no matter what, and it never felt like I was bothering her. That meant a lot.She just gets it. She works hard, she’s on top of everything, and she actually shows up for you. I’d recommend her to anyone without even thinking twice! I was looking for an agent but I feel like I also got a friend. Picking an agent is hard, there are so many out there but I’m telling you, if you’re reading this, go with Heather and thank me later!

WOW WOW WOW Heather is amazing to work with. so knowledgable. So hopeful and patient. We were not the easiest clients but she work hard and kept us on the right path. We even become good friends. Not only is she a great realtor but a heart of gold.
