We have been working with Spot Realty for over two years to find our dream home in Wilmington, NC! Laura took over when we started our search up again at the beginning of 2023. She was patient and flexible in showing us several homes. It wasn't until November that we stumbled upon the perfect place that we knew we wanted to call ours. She worked tirelessly and answered our million questions surrounding this big purchase to get our offer accepted! We will be "home for the holidays" because of Laura and we couldn't be more thankful. She is organized, works well with all parties involved, thoroughly answers question after question, and has become such a great friend during this process! I would highly recommend her to anyone new to purchasing a home but also to those who have bought homes before because she makes the process seamless. Laura is truly excellent!
