Her replies to us were extremely swift, and she was enormously helpful in overcoming obstacles of a long distance purchase. She was also enormously helpful in coordinating with the title company, in communcating with sellers concerning mail and other issues, and in making contact with utility services. Due to the nature of a long-distance purchase, we had quite a few special requests, and always found Linda extremely helpful and efficient. I think it would be fair to say that her services were essential for enabling us to buy a home from afar.
