Responsive in a timely manner. Gave excellent advice and willing to learn and try knew things. Appreciated willingness to work with our lawyer and honesty when dealing with a situation new to him. All our conversations were encouraging. Appreciated him explaining our options and letting us make decision we felt best.

Shane was very knowledgeable and had great connections with inspections in getting things done in a timely manner. He was definitely in my corner when it came to inspection on the main sewer line. The inspector was unable to remove the cap and initially the sellers refused to pay a plumber to remove the cap to the main sewer line. Shane got my consent and pressured the sellers to pay the plumber to remove it. Shane definitely had me covered every step of the way. I highly recommend his services.

Robyn has been an outstanding agent from the start characterized by her superior knowledge in the housing market, her prompt communication, and her agility throughout the process. Our favorite aspect working with Robyn was that we always felt a welcoming presence when we were around her and never felt pressured to buy a home right away. She treated our meticulous requirements with utmost care and was just as selective as we were. Working with Robyn truly felt like we had a 3rd person on our team that helped us coordinate, evaluate, and strategize. We would happily work with her again if she didn’t already find us a forever home.
