We contracted David 2 months ago to negotiate a home sale and purchase, and I honestly could not be more happy about his work. He was thorough, personable, and responded to any questions we had quickly. He went above and beyond to assure that our process was as smooth as possible, and his negotiations were instrumental in getting us great value for our sale, and a reasonable price for the home we then bought. I would recommend him to anyone, and fully plan on using him again the next time we are selling.
