My wife and I met with Josh Matthews early March of 2019 and we told him our needs and expectations for selling our home. We set up a date for later that month for an open house. Within two days after the open house we accepted an offer more than asking price  Josh was easy to work with and always there when we had a question, and answered it in a timely fashion. This is not the case with all realtors, and I’m speaking from past knowledge. If you want a realitor that is engaged to his clients wants and needs, I would highly recommend Josh Matthews.
