She found this home before anyone else and helped us put in an offer... there were eventually more offers that came in causing a bidding war and Katie knew exactly what to do to negotiate us the best deal and beat out the other offers without going over our budget!!!! It was a complicated bank owned home and Katie explained everything through the entire process. I was so happy with all of her hard work that I told a couple people from work to use her as well!
