We wanted to buy a fixer upper and couldn't find anything online. She found this home before anyone else and helped us put in an offer... there were eventually more offers that came in causing a bidding war and Katie knew exactly what to do to negotiate us the best deal and beat out the other offers without going over our budget!!!! It was a complicated bank owned home and Katie explained everything through the entire process. I was so happy with all of her hard work that I told a couple people from work to use her as well! KATIE IS THE ONLY AGENT TO USE!

We received helpful suggestions along the way of listing and showing this house. It took a year to prepare it for listing but then we had several failed bids. But Eric encouraged us to keep showing it and be patient. It was a tough selling market due to rising interest rates. We accepted an adjusted sale price because of that.
