We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. When we had an offer for property she promptly emailed documents to us while we were in Europe visiting my son. She never missed a step in the process. She adapts quickly to situations and calmly and professionally presses on. She also is a down to earth person that listens. She was honest about what to expect in pricing by doing her homework. You can't go wrong with this agent!!

Jeff did a wonderful job with selling our home in North Las Vegas. Jeff followed the sale making sure things stayed on track, this was extremely appreciated by Sheryl and I as we are out of state, so it was such a relief to have someone in the area that we could trust and was in front of the sale every step of the way. Jeff took care of things that we believe the most property owners normally take care of, such as removing items that remained at the house that we ran out of time while in the area to take care of, along with a few minor repairs, watching over painters and carpet layers, this to us was above and beyond. Sheryl and I highly recommend Jeff with the sale or purchase of your first/next property. Thank you so much Jeff!Allen and Sheryl BeckPoulsbo, WA
