I suddenly found myself without a real estate agent to help me find a rental home. I contacted Michael at 10:35 am on a Saturday, and was seeing a place by 11:00 am. He sent the application that evening, we filled it out Sunday morning, did the background check in the afternoon, and were signing a lease by Monday morning! To a place we absolutely LOVE!

Natasha did an incredible job helping us to sell our house. She sent a stager who made recommendations how to market our house and get it ready to sell. Follow their directions because it worked. We received an offer in 2 over our asking price and the sale closed in 2.5 weeks. We already had another house wo we really appreciate all of the time and energy that she spent with us. She is knowledgeable, kind and patient. She had the sources - contractors, photographer and she followed up every step of the way. Don't work with anyone else. You won't be sorry.
