Kristen is also a general contractor so she is able to offer insights into properties that not all realtors can offer. She pays close attention to detail and leave no stone unturned with regard to researching potential properties for her buyers and sellers.

We recently sold our rural property in Sandy Valley NV and Robin was instrumental in making it happen. Our complication was that we were moving out of country and had to make many multi-day trips to move our household goods. While out of the country each time, Robin would check on our property and oversee our dog and goat sitter. She would also assist with appointments such as water well and septic inspections in our absense that kept the sale progressing. There are many people that can call themselves Realtors but Robin is THE Rural Realtor. She has a deep knowledge of rural issues such as Real Property, water wells, septic systems, and more that the "city" realtor has never experienced and does not anticipate. She is a pit bull fighting for her clients watching deadlineto make sure the entire transaction stays on track. She does not rely on software programs or 3rd parties to remind her of those important deadlines. Whether you are considering buying in a city or rural area- she is your girl. But it's rural.........there's none better.

Randy is amazing!!!!! I definitely couldn’t have done this deal without him. Would definitely work with him in my future deals. Great problem solver and deal closer. 👊🏾
