Larry had a unique way to price the property that was very successful! He was very responsive. He also was great at negotiating with a skillful buyer -- he knew when we needed to do as the buyer requested or when we needed to draw the line in the sand. I selected Larry due to his sending me financial information about the property I was selling when I was looking around for hiring a realtor. It showed he had done his homework even at the first request. I definitely recommend him!

Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try.
