Dawn was great to work with, our house went into contract in less than 24 hrs, if your looking for a realtor that really works her business you need to contact her, I loved her honesty and work ethic!!!

We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. When we had an offer for property she promptly emailed documents to us while we were in Europe visiting my son. She never missed a step in the process. She adapts quickly to situations and calmly and professionally presses on. She also is a down to earth person that listens. She was honest about what to expect in pricing by doing her homework. You can't go wrong with this agent!!

We worked with Dave and his team to buy and then later sell a condo in the UCF area. For both transactions his team made the process extremely easy despite being out of state. Always quick to answer questions, handled every detail, overall great experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
