On our first meeting she helped us decide how we can get property we love in Pahrump without exhausting all our savings by selling my house and use the equity wisely. We decided to sell my house on that very first meeting (that’s how good she was!). We got an offer on the 4th day, way above more than the listing price! She made sure we were not going to put out a lot more money for the property we wanted to buy. She told us not to worry because she will do a contingent upon sale. She was confident that she could sell it within the time frame without exerting a lot of effort and money to fix stuff. She educated us what buyers are most concern about. She always look for our best interest. She’s the kind of agent who really take good care of her clients not because she wants to make money but because she cares and she love what she does. She went over and beyond in selling our house and in buying another. I was able to get hold of her anytime, and she communicated every detail. She was updating us everytime. She even offered help in painting or organizing so we can start open house/showings. The house closed earlier than expected but she asked to give us extra days to move out after closing. She held our hands from the first day to the end and up to these days. Words are not enough to express my gratitude. I highly recommend her.
