Phil is not only an extremely professional agent with extensive knowledge and experience with all facets of the real estate business, he is also a great people person who easily relates to everyday concerns we all have about the details that are important to us as buyers. We moved from Oregon to Nevada with just a thimble full of information about the market. A family friend put us touch with Phil. Phil shared what he knew about the local market and was very patient and detail oriented about the properties we visited. Before and after our purchase he was our best resource for referrals to other professionals. We really enjoyed every minute we spent with him. My wife and I could write a small novel about our experiences with Phil but since brevity is the soul of wit, let's just say that if you are looking for the best in business, ask for Phillip Dwyer.

Debbie was on top of everything. We would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. She answered our questions and helpfully gave information about things we didn't know to ask. Her knowledge and experience gave us confidence in the nerve-racking process. Using a full-service realtor is definitely worth it vs 'discount' companies that might save a percent or two. We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.
