My daughter looked over this property on Zillow late at night. I sent him an email after one in the morning that this was the home we wanted. By nine in the morning; Tommie sent me two videos viewing the streets leading to the half-acre plus property, a complete walking tour of the outside property including identifying fruit trees, grape vines, etc., a tour of the vast 2 story storage shed, and other interesting facts. He did a complete guided tour of the inside of the home, truthfully pointing out the positive features and things that needed a little attention. This was extremely helpful as we were from out of town and would not be able to view it personally. By the afternoon, he was preparing the contract offer. To our delight, everything has gone through smoothly. We didn't even have to come down for the closing. He took care of everything. We hope to pick up the keys this week.
