When it was time to put our historic Madison, GA home on the market, we had no doubt Jack Meyer was the right Realtor for us. Madison is Jack's hometown. Together, with his position as a Realtor at the well respected Harry Norman Realtors in Atlanta, and the scope and reach of this company, we understood the advantage of Jack's crossover coverage of the Atlanta market and Madison/Morgan County market would be exceptional. Additionally, we understood the 2022 real estate market was highly unusual, and we watched the significant trends of urban homeowners moving to more rural areas. Jack Meyer's knowledge and family history in Atlanta, coupled with his knowledge and family history in Madison was a winning combination that benefited the sellers and buyers. Jack Meyer brings to the table the most crucial attributes needed for success....he listens and he hears his client's needs and desires; his attention to detail is exceptional; he researches and understands the market trends and why they're happening; if Jack says, "I'll do it - I'm on it", believe him; he has immersed himself fully in his knowledge of real estate, economics, housing values, market coverage, strategy, timing, pricing, and above all else...integrity, honesty, and dedication to his clients. We appreciate Jack Meyer's dedication to us, during the preparation/marketing/contract negotiation/closing process of our home. Working with Jack Meyer, during one of the most historically significant times in the real estate market, was an incredible experience and we highly recommend him.
