Marty Kerrigan is an exceptional agent!

I used Marty Kerrigan to sell my house in Clarksville in March. He was exceptional at communicating the various offers and providing details related to the terms of each offer. He made the entire process very easy and kept me up to date throughout. He was also great at negotiating with the various agents. He is absolutely the best agent I've ever used and highly recommend him if you're buying or selling a home.
