After 2 years of house-searching with a different realtor, I happened upon Trina at a house showing and knew that she would be the one who’d get me into a house in this crazy seller’s market. Less than a month later she convinced a seller to wait to sign a contract until she saw my offer. I am absolutely positive that Trina’s “get-it-done” attitude is the reason I now own my dream home. Being a first time home-buyer, her constant support and advice throughout every piece of the process was priceless and gave me peace of mind. After the frustration of missing out on houses with my previous realtor, Trina just made it easy and seamless - it’s obvious she loves what she does and genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. Trina is a buyer’s advocate and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy! Thank you, Trina - you were such a blessing!

Craig’s listing was vital to my house receiving 3 offers on the first day of listing. He uses a professional photographer that makes your home stand apart from other listings. Less than one month from day of listing to closing!
