Tyler’s market knowledge was excellent because he would notify me quickly if houses came on the market, where they were located, different aspects about the homes that were important to knowing how to price my home for sale. He also helped me look for another home simultaneously and bring to my attention to things that might affect my desire to buy along with reasons why a property was what I was looking for beyond what I had requested. He drove me to look at properties and if he didn’t know something, he researched it quickly and communicated the info well. He was doing a great job working towards selling my home while helping me get into another property. Tyler did an exceptional job taking the virtual reality video of my home - I was very pleased with it!!! My home sold within days!!! He’s a very honest, faithful, dedicated all around person, working for and amazing group of people at Obsidian Realty. They provided their trailer to help me move, and they have a trash trailer as well! Obsidian has the ability to temporarily store things until you find your next home as well! Jeff, the owner, has built this superb group, and he personally goes above and beyond and is extremely kind hearted and generous with time and helpfulness! I would definitely use Tyler again if I need to buy or sell in the future!!!!!
