Phil helped us with purchasing our home, and then selling the same home six+ years later. She is a great agent and on top of the process the whole time. Phil will get back to us in a timely manner, even if it is after business hours or weekends! She is knowledgeable about the market and honest about whatever we needed to know about the ins-and-outs of the real estate game. Phil has also become a friend through this emotional and mentally taxing process. She has bought and sold her own homes, moved, waited for contractors, and all of the fun stuff that comes along with home ownership. So, she understands! I would highly recommend Phil to anyone shopping for an honest, reliable and truly NICE person for a real estate agent.
