Nathan had our best interests at heart from day one. We met him at an open house showing. We had not even committed to working with him and he immediately went to work sending us possibilities to match our must haves. We came to Springfield for the weekend with the sole purpose of finding a house. After three days of his tireless efforts to help us and our numerous Zillow searches, HE found the house for us, one that was not even listed. We were able to jump on that and after a seamless process to closing, we have a new house. At the same time, we were selling our house with a very seasoned realtor in Kansas. That process did not nearly as well. Nathan was in contact with us, showed interest and attention to our needs. His communication style was the best for us. If he didn't know something, he would find out the answer quickly and get back to us. We are glad we chose him for our realtor. We had many people give us their recommendations, but we are so glad we showed up at that chance open house and met Nathan and his broker, Lauren. Customer service is key and they have it! I never doubted that he had OUR best interests in mind throughout the whole process.
