As an out of state investor, I needed a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent, and Joy exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, she made me feel confident and comfortable in my investment decisions. Her patience and understanding of my needs made the process smooth and stress free. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge within her local market, but she's also built an incredible team full of great, motivated people like herself. She even set me up with many referrals to complete my projects once we closed. I would not have made it this far this quickly without her. She is always quick to communicate and never makes you feel as if you are bothering her; you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She is an incredible person and one of the hardest workers I have ever met in this space. I highly recommend working with Joy and her team.

Recently, we sold a package of houses and our agent was Malinda. Her professionalism, knowledge, and communication skills were superb. It was our first experience selling this way, but the one that let us with great impressions on how dedicated and helpful to her clients Malinda is. I would recommend her expertise to anyone who is serious to sell real estate. Barb M.
