Pat was very patient, dedicated, and provided very knowledgeable, and thoughtful guidance in the search for my ideal property. I wasn't 100% sure on whether I wanted a private a house or condo, and he worked diligently to set up viewings for all the ideal listings on both types. It took me a total of eight months or so to settle on the ideal condo based on my budget. I will recommend Pat to anyone I know, or meet in the future.
