We have had a very good experience with buying and selling 2 of our homes with Dawn. She is always very efficient and responsive when we had any concerns or questions regarding the process of purchasing and selling. Would highly recommend her as she isn’t a high pressure type personally and that’s why we enjoyed working with her. She lets you work at your own pace with regards to exactly when to sell your home. Our first home we sold the day of the listing and our second home was sold in 48 hrs. If you need a great realtor….she is it!!!!

Honestly I was skeptical at the beginning with hiring a real estate agent and didn’t honestly know what they brought to the table. I also if we did pick an agent wanted it to be the right one. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. They were very good at sending home options that matched our preferences. We were late to every meetup with them and they were always so flexible and understanding. Very personable. Friendly and pleasant human beings. Always available if you have questions and concerns. They act in your best interest and listen to your wants and needs.
