This was a new experience for myself and my wife. Steve Weathers our agent, was very attentive and available at our odd schedule. He went above expected service for sure in every detail of our experience. His market knowledge was great and we were showed several different styles and price ranges. His negotiation skills were spot on and his attention for things of course we didn't know was spot on. He was so down to earth but very professional dealing with our unusual hours and timeline . Steve Weathers is a true asset to the reality buying or selling experience.

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
