I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

Ms. Dalton was a great realtor!! She was always quick to answer our questions, and help clarify anything we had trouble understanding. We are a military family and she made our PCS and buying a house with the VA loan as stress free as possible. She always send us pictures and videos to keep us updates with the process. This PCS has been a lot more smooth thanks to her! We highly recommend working with her.
