My wife and I were both previous agents and were not planning on using an agent unless they worked hard and seemed like they would represent us as the buyer well. We worked with many sellers agents and we were not impressed by them. They wanted us to sign a buyer agreement, but they did not want to do the extra work to really represent us well as the buyer. Shermetta was quite the opposite. She was amazing in every way. She is a hard worker, very professional, and we felt represented well the entire time.
