His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. Because of the many properties he has been involved in, his knowledge of contracts and negotiating skills are innate! Many are licensed realtors, but few are as thorough and cultivated in the field as Eric. He truly has your interests in mind and will go to work for you.

Mackenzie Reuter was phenomenal! She is highly knowledgeable about the housing market and was willing to explain issues or concerns to me that I didn’t understand as a first time home buyer. She was always punctual, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend her!
