Jake McGuire recently sold a house for me in Lees Summit. He's one of the most positive, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy agents I've ever worked with. Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. I never felt obligated or pressured to make a decision with him. I highly recommend Jake McGuire to anyone needing a to buy or sell a house!

Kris is awesome. We had an investment property and live out of state and worked with her to sell it. She was so on top of the listing and so helpful. She went way beyond what we would have expected from a broker. Couldn’t recommend her more!
