Jan helped uses through the entire home buying process. She clearly explained situations and processes in a manor anyone could understand. Jan worked evening and weekends to help us buy our first home. She displayed a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise. When problems appeared, Jan continuously worked to resolve them until we were satisfied. This level of dedication was shown right up to closing when conditions were corrected minutes prior to close. Jan was a consummate professional and negotiated a satisfactory sale for us. When items created concern, Jan worked to rectify them. Jan's experience has allowed her to develop a network of various professionals to help any homeowner in their new home. With the stress of the home buying process, Jan was a source of calm and help. Jan had helped other family members purchase homes in the past and I would highly recommend her to friends and family in the future.
