Every sale is different, mine was made so much easier by Steve. My home was stalled with a Trust company. I had attempted to work with a several lawyers to no avail. Steve recommended me a great attorney and stuck with me through the whole process. He went above and beyond for me. Once the hurdles had been overcame, Steve listed my home and secured 6-legitimate offers within a few days. I was very surprised and impressed. Do yourself a favor and give Steve a chance. I don't recommend many people, but Steve I would definitely use again and highly recommend him.
