Stefanie is, and has been the best realtor that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with, over many years of purchasing and selling residential properties. She has been there to walk us through our last two home purchases and is currently helping us with the listing and sale of two other, single family properties. We have also recommended her to other, out of state, family members, who are currently working with her to assist with making a local purchase. We now consider Stefanie to be our "go to" family realtor.

I was referred to Gina Ginocchio by a friend that I use to work with, Threasa Alford. I contacted Gina and she met me at my mom's house. I was unsure about what price I should ask for it, and she helped me to determine a price. Within two weeks, we had an offer. After a little negotiating, we settled on an amount. Within a month, the house was sold, and she made the whole transaction so easy. I've bought and sold a house through real estate before, but I have to say that Gina made this process easy for me. I would highly recommend her for anyone's real estate needs.

Ashley was fantastic! She took the time to help me figure out what I was looking for. When we finally found the one, she was a rockstar! I had no idea what to do and she was great in explaining everything. She help me understand the decisions I needed to make and fought for me. Never left me hanging, always got back to me as soon as she was available and if she would be out of touch she let me know. If anyone ever wants someone to have their back and be there for you every step of the way she is who you want. The binder she gave at the closing was the best thing in the world!
