Im a single mother of 2 children and had no idea what i was in for when it came to buying a house so having Eddie explain things to me and answered any question i had no matter how silly or dumb it may have sounded he had an answer for me which helped me not feel like i didnt know what i was doing or talking about! Being a 1st time home buyer by myself is stressful enough but throughout the whole experience i came out confident and learned alot myself!
