I used Jamie for the sale of my old home and also when purchasing a new build home, and she was excellent. Not only did I get more than asking price for my old home, but it also sold in less than a day. She was always easy to get ahold of when questions arised, and always knew what steps to take to correct a problem. When agreeing to buy a home in a new subdivision, she negotiated extra closing costs for me from the builder, so less money out of pocket for me. I don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if I did, I would definitely give Jamie a call. I would highly recommend that you do the same!
