The staging is included in their commission, rather than a separate fee. That checked off several things important to us in a seller's agent. First impression of the agent herself, since we would be working closely with her, and her staging ability was very favorable plus most importantly she knew the value of our particular location. We just kept the flyer since we were not expecting to sell at that time. Glad we did! Once we decided to sell, we interviewed several realtors.
