She was prompt with paperwork and follow up. She had buyers already to reach out to when I made my decision to sell. She and her assistant, Jamie immediately set up showings, got contracts prepared and within a month, closed on my properties. They help with all aspects of the sale, from showings, cleaning or staging, appointment reminders, paperwork prep, even family counselling when needed, lol. Mona and Jamie "held my hand" from the time I signed with Remax to sitting in on the closing just to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for making it so easy for me to sell two rental properties then turn around and purchase a commercial building, all at the same time. I am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism and have no problem recommending them to anyone needing a real estate agent.

Travis was such a huge help in this process! I couldn't have done it without him, literally. He answered all my questions, quickly and officiantly anytime I needed. The house tours were fantastic, he was very nice and made me feel comfortable every time.
