Daryl made the whole process of selling my condo as easy and smooth as it could be. If there was something I didn't understand, he took the time to explain. For any decision that had to be made, he would go over the options and would give his recommendation; but the decision was 100% mine, no pressure. He even dealt with the HOA president, who was something less than cooperative. Hopefully won't be moving anytime soon, but will be calling Daryl for any future real estate needs.

Delaine was a pleasure to work with, she always took the time to answer my questions and very helpful in pointing out concerns/issues that she saw. Delaine was making sure this home purchase was going to be what my daughter and I were looking for not just a sale for her. I really liked that, it was as if she was part of the family. I look froward to working with Delaine in the future. She truly understands this business and a wonderful personality to go along with it.
