I am so lucky to work with Lori - She is the BEST

I am an investor/flipper. Buy 4-5 houses a year and selling about 3-4 houses a year. On the buy side: Lori is always make sure that I get a good deal and negotiate for me to the very last drop. On the sell side: As a flipper, I always sell my houses for top of the price so I usually don't expect over asking offers. But for some amazing reasons, this lady managed to get me over asking offers most of the time. I am so lucky to found Lori.
