As a retired Realtor myself, I'm know that someone like me is the absolute worst client to take on. I am not sure if I would have accepted the task of selling my house... However, knowing literally hundreds of really good agents to choose from, I chose David Rumpf because I know him as a man of impeccable integrity, kindness, patience and an unrelenting work ethic. & believe me, I put him through the test. I left the country weeks before the house was ready to go on the market, leaving David to deal with workmen, grounds maintenance, staging, and scheduling the myriad last minute details that pop up prior to a house sale. In addition, I was not ready to compromise on anything. After all, I know it all. However, in several key instances David held his ground with me and I learned that in the end, as difficult it was to accept, he was right. Not only did David get much more than I expected for my house, and negotiated a fair inspection with repairs at a reasonable cost, but he made it seem effortless.
