Nick helped us through the process of getting our condo ready to go on the market and explained everything step by step to make the process stress free!

Irene was very honest with us during the selling of our house and the purchasing of another. She was quick to point out houses that weren't right for us and seemed to know the house for us as we were walking through it the first time (which we ultimately ended up buying). The key to everyone being happy at the end of a transaction like this is setting expectations from the beginning, which she does very well.
