We have worked with Kelly as buyers and sellers now and I have to tell you she has went above and beyond our expectations each and every time. She's patient, persistent and extremely knowledgeable seemingly on every aspect of real estate / buying / selling property. She treated us as first time buyers with very little to spend with the same devotion as one would expect to receive when buying a much more expensive home than we could have ever afforded. I truly believe she enjoys first time homebuyers and what she does overall regardless of your financial status or what percentages will be made in the end.
