Barbara in a great communicator. Very knowledgeable with entire process from downsizing, staging home, marketing, the listing to sell my home was spot on- had several offers before open house was over! She worked really hard to make my sell/purchase go smoothly from start to finish!! Very professional and thorough when working with realtors, bankers, inspectors, appraisers. Her experience was so helpful to me!

I have moved several times across several states and Kathleen Woodworth is unmatched. She is knowledgeable about all the various areas in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. She helped us look at the full picture: location, home, schools, neighborhoods, etc. She is incredibly patient when you are making your choice and once you have made your decisionshe really goes to work for you. I was impressed over and over again at her dedication to our home buying experience. She is very thorough and communicative. We were selling in another state and buying in Missouri. Kathleen even discussed certain aspects with our other agent to make the process as smooth as possible. She really is a professional you can trust and a human that is an absolute joy to be around.

Amanda was the easiest realtor that I have ever worked with. She accommodated my crazy nursing schedule. She responded back promptly to any questions or concerns that I had. She kept me updated on everything. She insured that I understood what was I was signing. She sent out reminders to assure that I didn’t miss something that may have held up the closing. She had no hesitation to drive down crazy back roads to look at houses in a country setting that I was interested in. I can not thank her enough for going above and beyond to help me find my home.
