I have used Todd 6 times this year! From Property 1 to Property 6 Todd has not only answered all my Questions but has also had my back in every Deal. Not only that, he gives great insight on any situation based off his Experience. He responds quickly and preforms at a very high rate. Best Real Estate Agent by far. Couldn’t ask for better even if I tried. 5 Stars!

I have used Mona to buy and sell 6 properties now. She is the only one I can trust to get what I need done on my timeframe. She definitely goes the extra 20 miles to do what it takes. She was prompt with paperwork and follow up. She had buyers already to reach out to when I made my decision to sell. She and her assistant, Jamie immediately set up showings, got contracts prepared and within a month, closed on my properties. They help with all aspects of the sale, from showings, cleaning or staging, appointment reminders, paperwork prep, even family counselling when needed, lol. Mona and Jamie "held my hand" from the time I signed with Remax to sitting in on the closing just to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for making it so easy for me to sell two rental properties then turn around and purchase a commercial building, all at the same time. I am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism and have no problem recommending them to anyone needing a real estate agent.
