Suzie is very much on top of everything from the start to the end she is available morning to night with quick or instant !!!! And she is always so pleasant to talk to you. Feel like there’s a smile all the time on the other end of the phone since we were doing this transaction from 400 miles away. Also, since we weren’t there, she always made sure things were done at the house, whether it was the temperature in the house or the dehumidifier in the basement, you were up-to-date on what was going on at the house.
