She is an excellent communicator and continued to help answer questions about the home (eg: survey) years after closing. Will work with her again.

Ellen just helped us buy a house, and she was amazing. She was always available when we were looking for houses (and it was a lot!), and then helped us through the entire buying process. When looking at houses, Ellen was always mentioning different aspects of the house to make sure we were seeing everything about the house.
