When I asked her if she would be interested in taking on a 44 year old, as is, listing in need of major upgrades and repairs, without hesitating, she said show me what you have. She walked us through all of the paperwork, page by page, explaining every detail. She described her marketing and staging plans, and told us in detail what we would need to do to get the property ready to show. After the first day we had four offers, all above asking price.
