What we found when we met him was an honest person that had our interests in mind at every encounter. If we any reservations about the property he was showing us, he would say OK let's go find another. He also shared some of his insight with us when he thought it was appropriate. At no time during our purchasing processes did Cort seem like a salesman waiting for his cut. It took us many many house viewings to find what we were looking for and Cort was always able to work with us and help navigate us through the process. I wish every business operated like his. Since then we have referred several of our friends and family to Cort and they have purchased homes through him as well.
